We are seeking an experienced Talent Agent to participate in supporting the Agency's talent roster.
Candidates who do not have previous experience working as a Talent Agent will not be considered. Please read the job description carefully before applying.
The position requires a communicative and thoughtful individual who is a self starter.
The candidate will need a strong work ethic and an understanding of how their supporting role can help to grow the Agency's practice. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
The ability to multi-task is essential as the position requires managing calendars, call logs, and bookings, as well as tracking client schedules, potential opportunities and the overall execution of deals.
Essential Skills And Qualifications:
Generating and keeping track of self-tape requests.
Handling phones and managing client calendars.
Submitting and keeping track of clients for TV commercials and other projects.
Communicating with casting directors while understanding the importance of confidentiality and professionalism.
Resourceful, proactive, reliable, trustworthy, and assertive.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines.
The art of follow-up and following through.
Required Education And Experience:
1-3 years of professional experience working as a talent agent required.
College degree from an accredited University or College.
Experience with agency booking software, Casting Networks and Casting Frontier preferred.
Must have reliable transportation.
