Job Overview:
FINN Partners is looking for a Vice President to join the UK team for approximately 8-12 months starting September 2024. As the Vice President of Human Resources for the EMEA region (Parental Leave Cover), you will be a strategic leader responsible for driving the HR strategy, aligning it with FINN Partners' mission and values. You will lead initiatives that support a diverse, inclusive, and engaged workforce across EMEA region ensuring the organisation remains a best place to work during the parental leave cover period.

Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies that align with FINN Partners' goals and values, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture across the EMEA region.
• Talent Management: Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies tailored to the diverse EMEA market to build a high-performing, diverse workforce.
• DEI Initiatives: Champion DEI efforts, ensuring policies and practices promote an inclusive environment throughout the EMEA region.
• Employee Engagement: Design and implement programs that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and productivity across multiple countries within EMEA.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure HR practices comply with local regulatory requirements and mitigate organizational risks specific to the EMEA region.
• Performance Management: Lead performance management processes, including setting objectives, conducting evaluations, and providing development opportunities for the EMEA workforce.
• HR Operations: Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations, with a focus on regional nuances.
• Regional Alignment: Collaborate with global HR and leadership teams to align regional HR strategies with global objectives, ensuring consistency while addressing local needs.
• Cultural Sensitivity: Promote and nurture a deep understanding of cultural differences and sensitivities within the EMEA workforce, ensuring a respectful and cohesive work environment.
• Acquisitions: Lead HR due diligence and integration processes for mergers and acquisitions within the EMEA region.
• HRIS Management: Oversee the implementation and management of HRIS, preferably Dayforce, ensuring systems are optimized for the EMEA region.

Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in HR leadership roles, with significant experience managing HR functions across the EMEA region.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or CIPD certification is a plus.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Expertise in DEI initiatives, talent management, and employee engagement within a multi-country context.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with HRIS implementation and management, preferably Dayforce.
• M&A Experience: Proven track record in handling HR aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and integration.
