Responsibilities

Fandango is seeking a customer service focused Facilities Manager that is a self-starter and is creative and attentive to finite details and staff concerns.

What You'll Do:
• Oversee a small Facilities staff and together support all general maintenance aspects of the Fandango sites (Beverly Hills, Tahoe, San Jose)
• Analyze and execute space planning for the Fandango locations
• Builds sustainable client relationships of trust through open and interactive communications
• Identify and assess client needs to achieve customer service excellence
• Generate move matrix and reports to senior management
• Uses the CAFM system (Archibus) to manage the Fandango office spaces and moves to update building/floor plans
• Coordinate seamlessly with Property Management in the areas of building maintenance, repair, parking, and building access.
• Manage office space/facilities improvements including but not limited to signage, furniture, fixtures, and office equipment
• Liaise daily with various supporting services personnel, building maintenance, IT, Engineering, EHS, Emergency Services
• Manage relocations/moves for all Fandango Teams/sites
• Manage administrative functions including but not limited to review, approval and submission of invoices and tracking payment requests.
• Oversee special projects and budgets from time to time as needed
• Help monitor and report compliance with Fire/life/safety guidelines
• Execute established departmental policy and procedures
• Manage Guest/Visitor office reservations and tracking
• Responsible for managing vendor service contracts and RFP processes, purchase orders, space planning, move coordination and new hire space accommodations.
• Manage office supplies including inventory control, cost control, ordering, stocking etc. and controlling special orders.
• Oversee office security, working with building management as necessary regarding security issues, concerns, and procedures.
• Assist Finance Team in forecasting department spending and managing vendor payments
• Address ongoing equipment and office flow needs such as mail, fax machines, copiers etc.
• Leads a small team (Facilities Coordinator and Reception)
• Other duties as assigned

What You Must Have:
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
• 8+ years of Facilities Management Experience required
• Required solid understanding of federal/state/local regulations and codes and maintain strict building compliance with all relevant laws
• Experience in Maintaining meticulous records for service intervals and industry compliance

What Would Make You a Stand-out:
• Experience with Ergonomics and OSHA preferred
• Occasional lifting, up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to maintain regular attendance as is determined at the company's discretion.
• On-call 7/24/365 for building emergencies
• First-hand knowledge of facilities maintenance and repair functions (e.g. plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems)
