Responsibilities
The Exhibitor Services Team ensures all communications and initiatives are executed consistently across the theatre circuits in addition to working with various departments and internal stakeholders t o support strategic objectives. Exhibitor Services Coordinator will gain valuable work experience assisting with daily management and support for Fandango Exhibitor (theatre circuit) partners and Account Managers, ticketing, and tradeshow and event coordination.
The Exhibitor Services Coordinator will play a primary role in supporting ticketing, Fandango's Exhibitor Services Team and Exhibitor partners. Coordinate between Fandango departments and assisting all levels of theatre management to ensure all communications, tasks, and initiatives are executed consistently across theatre circuits and Fandango.

Responsibilities:
• Utilizing excellent communication skills, interface with studios and manage film content (movie titles) on Fandango ticketing pages
• Build and properly execute Ticket on-sales while effectively communicating across internal teams
• Create special theatrical listings, and special events, particular to certain exhibitors or non-studio programming
• Daily mapping of showtimes and amenities through proprietary showtimes mapping system
• Create movie mapping links and amenity mappings. Troubleshooting issues and provide timely resolution to internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with Content, Customer Services, and Site Support teams to ensure ticketing accuracy
• Maintain and regularly upkeep detailed charts related to special theatrical listings and Ticket on-sales
• Provide general support for Fandango's Exhibitor Services department, including creation and deployment of Exhibitor seat maps
• Management and execution for all Exhibitor related events, sponsorships, and tradeshows. Includes budget tracking, booking, swag orders, vendor management, and day of event coordination
• Report out ticketed titles to Rotten Tomatoes on a weekly basis
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements
• 2+ years of professional experience, Account Management, Customer Service, Project Management, or prior tech related role preferred
• Reliable, end-to-end ownership of tasks
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• General familiarity with the film industry, inclusive of exhibition and distribution
• Proactive and results-driven, thrives on problem solving
• Proficient computer skills and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational ability, can effectively manage multiple projects in fast-paced environment

• Able to exercise discretion and keep strictest levels of confidentiality
• Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined at the company's sole discretion
• Must be available and willing to work extended hours (during crunch times) per day including weekends and holidays
• Travel may be required
