Job Description
• Manages relationships between ESPN and all synergy partners across The Walt Disney Company (TWDC) including ABC Entertainment, ABC News, Disney Media and Entertainment Distribution, Disney+, Hulu, Freeform, Disney Parks, Lucas Film, Marvel, National Geographic Partners, FX Networks, ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, and more.
• Leads cross-promotional projects and partnerships across TWDC in support of ESPN priorities such as NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, College Football Playoff SportsCenter, ESPYS, and more.
• Leads and manages execution of opportunities across ESPN divisions to drive awareness or tune-in for TWDC partners.
• Partners with ESPN Marketing, Programming, Production, PR, and other departments working to identify and maximize partnership opportunities.
• Supports in the management, oversight, and planning of the budget.
• Collaborates with Director and Sr. Director for all short and long range planning.
• Works with research, apply key data and insights to determine appropriate partner alignment, establish KPIs, and determine success of synergy plans.
• Manages multiple projects on behalf of ESPN and TWDC simultaneously.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word and Google sheets, slides, and docs.
• Digital maven, particularly skilled at understanding the nuances between social media platforms and how to effectively leverage each.
• Exceptional communication skills both written and interpersonal, expressing ideas, thoughts, and facts in a clear, convincing, and organized way.
• Highly organized and able to work independently on projects – attention to detail is imperative.
• Self-starter with strong initiative and problem solving skills – the candidate must demonstrate good judgement and be able to think on their toes.
• Ability to effectively handle a large quantity of projects and tasks simultaneously under deadline, deal effectively with press, and complete tasks with minimal direction or instruction.
• Creative thinker who enjoys bringing brands together in unique and unexpected ways.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5+ years of related work experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Candidate should have a healthy obsession with popular culture and the role sports plays in it.
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively across multiple departments and disciplines in a fast paced environment and highly matrixed company.
• Disney and/or ESPN experience/interest or sports/entertainment experience preferred.
• SAP proficiency.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Flexible and adaptable work schedule for changing business demands.

Required Education
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field

Additional Information
• NYC-based (hybrid) is highly preferred but there may be an opportunity for the position to be based in Bristol, Charlotte or Los Angeles (hybrid in those locations as well).
