What You'll Do

This Senior Manager, Corporate Strategy will be part of a critical, central strategic planning team partnering closely with Epic's senior executives to define, align on, and implement the company's strategy. The team will help develop, drive, and deliver on high profile strategic initiative and thought leadership to support Epic's continued growth. This leader will be comfortable working with the Senior Leadership Team, including the CFO, COO, and President. This individual will report to the Head of Corporate Strategy and work closely with the FP&A, Corporate Development, and Business Unit teams.

In This Role You Will
• Build strong relationships and partner closely with leaders across Epic to drive clarity, focus and executive alignment around Epic's overall company strategy, priorities, and sequencing
• Deliver on a spectrum of strategic initiatives and thought leadership to support Epic's growth plans
• Develop business strategies and execution plans for Epic to invest in new markets or drive new initiatives
• Maintain a solid working knowledge and awareness of trends and competitive dynamics in the Games, Media & Entertainment, and Technology industries to identify opportunities for Epic's businesses

What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree
• MBA or advanced degree is preferred and at least 4+ years total experience in corporate strategy & development, management consulting, product strategy, strategic finance, or related fields
• 2 additional years' experience in lieu of an advanced degree
• Proven ability build strong stakeholder relationships and trust to effectively lead multiple cross-functional initiatives and provide project management support
• A hypothesis-driven orientation, customer-centric sensibilities, and structured quantitative and qualitative approach to problem solving
• Proven ability to conduct and/or analyze research related to consumers, industries and competitors
• Intrinsically motivated, proactive individual with excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills, with an ability to work cross-functionally and at all levels within the organization
