PRODUCT MANAGEMENT
What We Do
As part of the Fortnite Creator Ecosystem team, Product Management collaborates with development, publishing, marketing, and platform teams to define product strategy informed by data and market insights. The team aims to empower creators to operate as game publishers, with the tools, insights, and support needed to build, launch, grow, and monetize successful games. This work centers on two core areas: enabling a robust creator publishing ecosystem and supporting sustainable creator monetization.
What You'll Do
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the analytical products behind our Creator Portal, supporting initiatives such as publishing, monetization, and acquisition and retention with new analytics tables and actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data pipelines, data warehouses and analytics products, with the ability to partner with cross functional teams to develop end-to-end data pipelines across features. This role will focus on scaling and enhancing existing systems to meet the evolving needs of our growing creator ecosystem.
In this role, you will
• Evolve the end-to-end data pipeline powering analytics and insights across within the Fortnite Creator Portal while partnering with internal product teams and data science to prioritize and develop the analytics roadmap
• Own, define and manage the roadmap for key analytics products, including event pipelines, Creator Portal analytics features, data APIs, and custom segmentation tools
• Work with data science and engineering to build scalable, low-latency infrastructure to enable real-time insights and experimentation across products
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, trusted, and extensible data to support downstream tools and cross-functional teams
• Partner with the Publishing and Creator Monetization team to deliver data solutions that inform and optimize revenue strategies for creators
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to transition from siloed tools to unified, outcome-driven analytics insights
• Support company-wide initiatives like creator sophistication by driving data-informed product decisions and continuously improving analytics capabilities
What we're looking for
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on data infrastructure, analytics platforms, or related systems
• Proven track record of owning and delivering data pipelines, event ingestion systems, and analytics products
• Proficiency in SQL and ability to work hands-on with data to validate product decisions and define metrics
• Experience managing developer-facing products, such as APIs, SDKs, or custom query frameworks
• Ability to define product vision and roadmap for complex data infrastructure supporting multiple user groups
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a history of partnering closely with engineering, data, and cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical mindset with a user-first orientation and experience driving data-informed decision-making
• Familiarity with creator ecosystems, gaming platforms, or developer tools
• Experience working in a platform or B2B2C product environment with internal and external customers
• Understanding of monetization strategies and experience supporting products tied to revenue optimization
This role is open to multiple locations across the US (including NYC & WA).
