What We Do
Our Finance teams work closely with business leaders and teams across Epic, to deliver effective business and financial planning for our company. We combine analytical and strategic thinking to develop a sound financial future for our global brand.

What You'll Do

With the support of business analysis and market research, you'll work closely with business unit leaders to help prioritize initiatives and roadmap plans, evaluate financial and strategic return on investment, plan resourcing, appraise new commercial opportunities, and assess the business units' financial and KPI performance. You will align the financial and business goals across the organization and provide visibility as well as transparency to executives on financial performance, KPIs, and operating metrics.

In this role, you will
• Determine the KPIs that best measure the success of the business units and its key initiatives
• Build financial models underpinned by these KPIs to assess the opportunity and profitability of key business initiatives being planned as part of business unit and company strategy and partner with business leaders to identify and measure performance against short and long-term strategic, financial, and operating targets
• Provide visibility on business unit financial performance through continuous and insightful reporting, including key drivers of change in the financial forecast
• Communicate regularly with the Head of Strategic Finance and other leaders to provide financial insights and direction
• Support core FP&A activities such as business unit annual planning and quarterly forecasting, in addition to maintaining data accuracy in financial systems

What we're looking for
• 5+ years of investment banking, private equity, MBB management consulting, or big tech finance business partnering experience
• Experience collaborating with business unit leaders on planning and forecasting
• Strong analytical skills with extensive experience in valuation/financial modeling and working with large data sets
• Comfortable owning initiatives with minimal oversight
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to influence the organization
• Excellent judgment on when to keep communication high-level versus detailed
• Ability to distill complex data and analyses into insights that drive action; build strong relationships with internal and external partners, operate in a fast-changing environment with a solution-led and action-driven mindset and challenge the ''status quo'' and improve existing commercial finance practices to ensure the finance and business operations scale effectively
