We're looking for a QA Specialist within the Distribution team to help us make the future of our products strong! You will work to develop and implement test plans, execute testing, and utilize tooling to expand the breadth and depth of our QA coverage in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. • Analyze and report on data quality, product quality, and development health, using the data to drive conversations and support the development team before, during, and after deployments.
• Collaborate effectively with geographically distributed teams to identify and address gaps in test plans and approaches, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and delivering high-quality products.

What we're looking for
• 4+ years of professional QA experience in software or game testing environments, with proven expertise in end-to-end test planning, execution, and supporting live products/release flows for native installable clients and multi-faceted products
• Extensive hands-on experience testing software beyond the presentation layer, debugging interactions between different application layers and services, and professional mobile testing experience
• Proven ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams, collaborating closely with stakeholders including production, design, and development teams, with strong communication skills to confidently engage immediate and partner teams
• Demonstrated experience working within geographically dispersed teams, supporting release processes/flows, website testing, and an interest in mentoring other employees
• Exceptional attention to detail and a thorough understanding of end-to-end release flows for live products. Game testing/gaming industry experience is a strongly preferred qualification
