• Coordinate test efforts between geographically distributed teams, vendors, and internal UEFN Creator groups to ensure version compatibility across product releases
• Build test strategies and test plans around features that are deployed internally while still under active development
• Monitor and report on live service data to inform future iterations of testing and escalate risks to technical stakeholders
• Generate and maintain test content that is representative of external Creator audiences and work with team members to emulate the end user experience
• Provide live support for critical incidents, including bug reproduction, diagnostics, and timely analysis for technical crisis teams
What we're looking for
• Technical software or troubleshooting skills (degree in Computer Science or equivalent, self-taught, or relevant experience)
• 2+ years of experience in test planning, test execution, and risk analysis
• Experience encountering issues/bugs in software, and communicating those issues to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience logging defects in bug tracking systems such as Jira
• Familiarity or prior use of Game Engines such as Unreal, Unity, etc
• Experience with data management or data analytics tools such as Databricks, Tableau, etc
