What You'll Do
Epic Games platform marketing team is looking for a Marketing Manager to manage the partner amplification of Epic's first party titles. The Marketing Manager will work closely with our internal publishing teams as well as directly with our platform partners (such as Sony PlayStation, Nintendo, Microsoft Xbox, Samsung and Amazon) to secure incremental marketing and commercialization opportunities for the Fortnite ecosystem and Rocket League.
In this role, you will
• Partner on internal asset submission requests and external deliveries of assets to our partners
• Manage bespoke partner requests and creative reviews through the internal brand and legal approval process
• Develop and distribute to our partners prioritized product roadmaps for each first party experience
• Collaborate with Epic's publishing teams to identify incremental partnership and amplification opportunities for our first party titles across our platform partners' owned and operated marketing channels
• Develop launch recaps that visualize and analyze the scale and impact of our partner amplification campaigns
• Own the strategy, content, development and direct to consumer deployment across our network of console based own channels (i.e. Switch News, Xbox Events, etc) for several Epic first party titles
• Present go to market plans at and manage agendas for weekly partner meetings with Microsoft Xbox, Sony PlayStation, Nintendo and others
What we're looking for
• A positive, solutions oriented and energetic marketer with meaningful, relevant experience
• A highly organized and detailed person with experience in balancing priorities and resources
• An excellent communicator with an innate ability to partner with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders
• A person who is passionate about gaming, a student of pop culture and available during US business hours
This role is open to multiple locations (including NYC & WA).
Pay Transparency Information
The expected annual base pay range(s) for this position are detailed below. Each base pay range is relevant only for individuals who are residents of or will be expected to work within the specified locale. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors, which include (but aren't limited to) things such as skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, and experience. In addition to base pay, most employees are eligible to participate in Epic's generous benefit plans and discretionary incentive programs (subject to the terms of those plans or programs).
New York City Base Pay Range
$111,910 - $164,134 USD
Washington Base Pay Range
$105,195 - $154,286 USD
