• Track the status of partner reviews and approvals of all gameplay involving external brands and partners
• Manage written communications with partners promptly, providing updates and outlining clear requests and deadlines on asset reviews and feedback
• Coordinate with internal producers to ensure all elements of an activation are staying on track for release and accounting for partner review and feedback

What we're looking for
• Minimum 4-6 years of professional experience in art or gameplay production and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
• Experience managing external communications with high-caliber partners on behalf of a large company like Epic Games

• Experience managing a team of direct reports while also owning projects and deliverables
• Experience using Shotgrid, JIRA, Miro, Slack, Airtable, Google Suite, and Trello
• Experience managing multiple projects and tracking a large quantity of assets simultaneously with aggressive timelines
• Self-starter, you approach challenges creatively and methodically, seeing them through to final resolution
• Passionate about production and partner management and thrives in a fast-paced environment
