What You'll Do

Epic is looking to add to its growing Partnerships organization with a Partnerships Manager who will manage, maintain, and execute key partnership programs for Epic's products, including Fortnite's Studio and Gaming IP category verticals and Fall Guys. In this role, you'll help deliver against the organization's global partnerships as a key operator in designing and bringing to life industry-defining interactive experiences for Epic's first-party games and experiences. You will create relationships with industry-leading brands, companies, and individuals across various category verticals, including Media + Entertainment, Sports, Automotive, Lifestyle, and Gaming, as the lead who executes the team's IP integrations and partnerships for Fortnite IP integrations. In this role, you will
• Manage the execution workflow for multiple partnership campaign executions from concept to launch as the key Epic partnership operations liaison for Fortnite and Fall Guys' products. (Role will focus ~60% on Fortnite, 20% FNE, and 20% Fall Guys)
• Work closely with internal partners across art/design, product, marketing, publishing, creative, engineering, legal, and other teams to ensure all elements are created and delivered on time, including overseeing holistic partnership timeline, coordinating asset delivery between internal teams and partners, assisting with go-to-market deliverables, and consolidating partner communications
• Lead day-to-day engagement with external partners, to understand their objectives and ensure all campaign elements reflect them, along with key brand and legal guidelines
• Collaborate and communicate as key point of contact internally on behalf of a partner to champion their needs
• Work closely with the Mediatonic and Epic teams to help select, approve and onboard high profile partnerships for Fall Guys and Fortnite. Role will include researching and proposing potential in-game partnerships, building out internal/external presentations, helping sell each partnership in, then managing the execution to bring each project to life
• Support the team with day to day operations for the Epic Partnerships team, including coordinating meetings agendas, presentation decks, and minutes, maintaining status / partnership recap reports, maintaining team's Airtable database, managing initiative documents, and beyond
• Assist with IP roadmap planning, including coordinating internal discussions and supporting deck creation for internal/external partner pitches

What we're looking for
• Minimum 3-6 years of professional experience and Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
• Account Management, Project Management, Partnership Operations and/or Partnership Execution experience in entertainment (film, TV, streaming), sports, automotive, or lifestyle helpful. Candidates should have experience leading the execution of partnership marketing campaigns, product and/or gaming campaigns
• Project management operator who prides himself/herself/themselves on working well internally and externally with different types of personalities
• Candidates must have superb organizational and communications skills, along with the ability to multitask and a strong attention to detail. This includes handling several projects with varying components at once calmly, quickly and nimbly able to address shifting priorities and timelines with discretion and confidentiality, and being able to interface with cross-functional internal/external senior level teams
• Use of good judgment, delegation, critical thinking, problem-solving skills and collaboration, especially in stressful situations, and with the ability to remain calm under pressure, is essential
• Some experience with project management tools required, including (and especially) Airtable, Jira, and Trello. At least some combination of experience across Tableau, Miro, Asana, Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Keynote, Slack and Adobe systems preferred
• Experience building internal and external-facing partnership overviews, go-to-market plans, decks, recaps, and other presentations preferred
• Experience curating and tracking KPIs across multiple games, social platforms, and research to provide reports and appropriate actions
• Written and verbal fluency in languages beyond English is a plus
