What We Do
Our Administrative team plays a key role in Epic's success by providing administrative, scheduling, organizational support, and more to our senior leadership.

What You'll Do

Working in this role means wearing lots of hats. You'll be the first person to meet our guests, welcoming them and setting the tone for their visit with us. Part of this position will be showcasing Epic Games ecosystem demos, which means you need to be motivated to learn different tools. This position would be great for anyone who is curious or passionate about technology and wants to be at the forefront of it. Holding yourself and others to a high standard will be essential in maintaining the quality bar that London Lab is known for. You'll be looking after the Lab on a day-to-day basis. This role will require you to organise industry events, our team socials and other occasions. There may be opportunities for international travel with this position.

In this role, you will
• Have an eye for detail and ensure the lab is ready for guests
• Setting up and testing all the demos and tech (Consoles, PC's, headsets and AV Equipment)
• Overseeing the Lab calendar - ensuring correct bookings, and logistics
• Assisting with event planning, coordination and execution
• Be flexible in your approach and a natural problem solver

What we're looking for
• Ability to hold strong rapport with a vast variety of guests, clients and colleagues from different industries and backgrounds
• Technically savvy enough to man, build and troubleshoot demos exhibiting Epic Games ecosystem. Motivation to learn our tools
• Facility coordination - juggle the day to day and multitude of events hosted
• Eye for detail and ability to multitask and prioritise tasks on your own accord
