What You'll Do

Epic Games is seeking a passionate and driven Inside Sales Manager to join our growing team! In this role, you will play a key role in driving the adoption of our industry-leading Creator Tools through strategic outbound lead generation.

In this role, you will
• Develop and implement a comprehensive outbound sales strategy focused on identifying and qualifying leads for our Creator Tools
• Prospect and develop new leads through a variety of channels, including email campaigns, cold calling, and social media outreach
• Partner closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategic account-based marketing plans
• Qualify and convert inbound leads into opportunities, engaging with prospects to assess needs and provide access to relevant information and resources
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in Salesforce
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly goals
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings, constantly seeking new opportunities for growth

What we're looking for
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a B2B inside sales role, preferably within the software or technology industry
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
• Strong understanding of outbound sales methodologies and proficiency in sales tools like CRMs (Salesforce preferred)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of potential customers
• Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to sales performance optimization
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and inspire a team to achieve success

This role is open to multiple locations (including CA, NYC, & WA).

The expected annual base pay range(s) for this position are detailed below. Each base pay range is relevant only for individuals who are residents of or will be expected to work within the specified locale. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors, which include (but aren't limited to) things such as skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, and experience. In addition to base pay, most employees are eligible to participate in Epic's generous benefit plans and discretionary incentive programs (subject to the terms of those plans or programs).

New York City Base Pay Range

$123,101 — $180,547 USD

California Base Pay Range

$108,329 — $158,882 USD

Washington Base Pay Range

$103,404 — $151,659 USD
