What You'll Do

Join our team as the Identity and Access Manager and take the lead in overseeing our talented group of IAM engineers and analysts. You'll be responsible for planning, designing, implementing and driving forward workforce Identity and Access Management (IAM) services across the organization with a focus on improving the user experience and meeting compliance requirements. You'll drive collaboration between information security, human resources, technology services and other business and risk stakeholders to grant proper access to entitlements, ensuring the security and auditability of the organization's sensitive information. Work across departments to develop and communicate strategies regarding identity and access management and ensure that the direction meets the established organizational standards. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding Epic towards maintaining the highest standards in security and technology compliance.

In this role, you will
• Manage and lead a team of producers, engineers, and analysts for Identity & Access Management products with services including Authentication, Multi Factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign On (SSO), federation, authorization, directory services, PKI, etc.
• Work with engineering, operations, critical initiatives and other teams to collect and prioritize requirements, deliver products and services and manage product and account lifecycles.
• Ensure compliance and facilitate testing of policies and controls in support of meeting mandatory regulations by collaborating with line of business partners and other stakeholders across the company.
• Drive strategic planning for IAM and Partner with producers to drive the IAM roadmap, handle escalations for administrative support for IAM systems, and formulate and implement IAM solutions and controls.

What we're looking for
• Proven IAM leadership experience in a large enterprise. Specific degree not required. CISA, CISM, or CISSP preferred.
• At least 8 years of IT experience for a company with a large consumer base and similar industry preferred, hands on experience with financial compliance or similar in an enterprise environment.
• Deep understanding of cloud identity and access management (IAM) solutions, such as Okta, Sailpoint IdentityNow, Active Directory, Azure AD, GCP IAM, and AWS IAM, with a general understanding of core IAM concepts such as single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), directory services(Azure AD, Active Directory), and integration with other cloud services.
• Familiarity with role-based access and user access reviews in an enterprise environment.
• Effective communicator with great interpersonal skills, including strong analytical skills with a structured problem-solving approach. Must also have ability to innovate and multi-task with minimal oversight.
