What You'll Do

Epic Games is looking for a Campaign Operations Manager to join our team. You'll collaborate with business and discipline stakeholders to facilitate the build, monitoring, and automations of key marketing campaigns across the Epic ecosystem. The ideal candidate is passionate about process, documentation, workflow improvements, marketing tech and operational efficiencies. This candidate can support the various initiatives happening at once.

In this role, you will
• Develop & manage intake process for campaign ingestion; collaborate with stakeholders to establish timelines, priorities and workback schedules
• Lead team meetings & utilize project management software for task management. Ensure on-time delivery of projects and regularly communicate status updates
• Aid in capacity planning efforts to predict upcoming bandwidth constraints, scheduling conflicts and staffing needs; consistently evaluate priority, urgency and impact for requests and facilitate alignment with team leadership and partner agencies on support strategies
• Collaborate closely with partners to develop, optimize, and manage contracts
• Oversee campaign data tracking and support the automation of this process
• Manage all finance related tasks, eg; invoice tracking and approval, finance reconciliation, fielding ad-hoc requests
• Update, organize, and maintain team documentation, ensuring all information is current and reflects the needs of the team

What we're looking for
• 2-4 years proven experience in an Operations focused role, with knowledge of process improvement, change management & capacity planning
• Experience working across functional groups (eg. legal, finance, procurement, strategists, vendors & product owners)
• Experience managing and developing teams
• Deep comfort in leading through influence
• Project and or Program management expertise (e.g. Six Sigma, PMP etc.)
• A passion for games and/or 3D software and technology
