What You'll Do
You will be an art producer in a core Epic project, overseeing the planning, coordination, and delivery of all visual effects assets and ensuring they meet artistic quality, technical requirements, and production deadlines.
In this role, you will
• Act as a main bridge between the VFX team and other departments (Art, Design, Engineering, Production)
• Managing the VFX production schedule, ensuring timely delivery of assets with high quality
• Track progress using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Shotgrid, Confluence)
• Coordinate daily or weekly reviews and facilitate clear feedback loops between leads and artists
• Support outsourcing pipeline if third-party vendors are involved
• Identify risks and bottlenecks early; provide solutions or escalate to stakeholders when needed
• Help maintain team morale and productivity through empathetic, organized leadership.
What we're looking for
• 2+ years of experience in production or project management, preferably on AAA titles
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills; detail-oriented under tight deadlines
• Excellent English communication skills - verbal, written, and visual (task boards, Gantt charts)
• Comfortable working with cross-functional and multi-location teams
• Experience managing both internal and external teams (outsourced) is a plus
• Familiarity with VFX tools like Niagara, Houdini, or proprietary engines is a plus
