We work closely with teams across the company, international subsidiaries, as well as with external partners to ensure a world-class finance organization. Our team contains experts from fields like tax, treasury, purchasing, FP&A, and more.

What You'll Do

Epic Games is looking for a staff accountant to create and maintain financial records and financial statements.

In this role, you will
• Assist with balance sheet reconciliations for month-end, quarter-end, and annual
• Record recurring journal entries for G/L accounts for US Epic entities
• Monthly bank statement reconciliations – high volume of bank accounts
• Assess and evaluate whether certain process improvement activities can be implemented
• Assist accounting manager with month-end close responsibilities
• Prepare documentation to ensure that certain accounting policies and procedures can be memorialized in writing

What we're looking for
• 3 to 5 years of related work experience
• Experience using ERP systems or complex accounting software systems preferred
• Advanced MS Excel skills preferred
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a timely manner
• Attention to detail, organization and experience in a fast paced environment
• Interest in gaming preferred
