Revenue Share Strategy Analyst, Domestic TV and Digital Distribution

Position Summary:
This role will support the EVP, In Home Entertainment in developing eOne's strategic plans and lead commercial efforts for Global AVOD and transactional (EST/VOD) partnerships.
Essential Functions:
• Lead and drive all partner relationships with key global AVOD and Transactional platforms
• In coordination with marketing and sales planning, lead AVOD and TVOD partner sales plans that results in achievement of eOne's in home budget targets
• Lead negotiator on new partner agreements and renewals for all global AVOD platforms for eOne Film, Television and Family content
• Operational responsibility for North American transactional strategy and direction of eOne's partnership with Universal Pictures Home Entertainment
• Review and approve all local AVOD and TVOD partner agreements to ensure alignment to eOne standard terms
• Develop and recommend content strategy for eOne film, television and family IP across multiple territories and partner platforms
• Develop and build eOne's linear/FAST AVOD strategy
• Provide guidance to FP&A and Finance for building of budgets and forecasts
• Coordinate content availabilities, windows and priorities with eOne licensing and transactional teams across eOne's operating territories
• Manage partner relations including approval of title selections, marketing and publicity initiatives, placement negotiation and funding approvals
• Communicate priorities, results and deliverables with internal stakeholders – Rights Management, Legal, Finance and Technical Operations
Qualifications
• Minimum 8-10 years in film and television sales and distribution
• Excellent knowledge of digital video landscape with a focus on AVOD and transactional partnerships
• Proven ability to manage and deliver results on budgets of $20M+
• Ability to communicate strategy, results, mandates and opportunities at an executive level
• Strong business development experience in identifying new opportunities and partners
• Excellent business judgement that values both tactical execution and long-term strategic vision
• Experience in end-to-end project delivery including deal negotiation and deal analysis
• Strong Understanding of film and television rights, windows and technical deliverables
• Excellent relationship management, communication and organization skills
• Self starter who is results and detail oriented, able to adjust to a fast paced and changing marketplace, and work as a team player
