Short Description:

We’re looking for Senior Manager, Streaming & Sales to join the Digital Marketing & Sales team at eOne.
eOne, home to a broad roster of new stars and legendary artists through a collection of the best-known record labels & brands in the music industry including 5 in house and 45 distributed labels such as Dualtone, Last Gang and Death Row Records and Audio Network. We have management, synch and publishing divisions and a catalog of more than 500,000 copyrights worldwide.
We currently have a fantastic opportunity to join our innovative and highly sought-after Sales & Marketing team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Reporting and analytics: provide weekly reporting to US & Intl staff to support or activate promotional opportunities + provide internal reporting to the respective teams
• Marketing summaries: provide weekly marketing updates that collects key press and radio activity for the week on the current priorities to communicate out to the retailers
• Open Play flow of information: monitor what has been added, deleted, or changed daily to alert the sales staff and monitor any abnormalities or errors
• Liaison to 3rd party labels: encourage the labels to get all information and set up into Open Play 3-4 weeks before street date, so that the sales reps can grab and go as pitches are due
• Placement communication: assemble and communicate out each Friday, the placements garnered on each DSPs
• Catalog and profile support: create catalog opportunities & ideas and monitor artist pages to keep up current press photos and bios
• Management of eOne’s in house and 3rd party digital music distribution partnerships, including dedicated account ownership and relationships with DSPs.
• Work with Operation on resolution of operational and technical issues relating to eOne's digital distribution to DSPs
• Management of new DSP on-boarding and integration with eOne's supply chain systems
• Definition and implementation of DSP-specific end-to-end digital distribution workflows and processes across eOne
• Training, education, communication, and collaboration activities with other eOne teams and partners

• A track-record of successfully building and managing relationships with business partners
• Ability to product handle specific projects and partnerships
• A self-sufficient self-starter with a can do attitude who enjoys taking ownership
• A proactive problem solver who relishes in operational challenges, creating robust resolutions and processes
• A confident people person with the ability to communicate calmly, effectively and proactively at all levels when handling complex and time sensitive matters
• An individual who is looking to develop both personally and professionally, challenging the status quo and looking to improve on existing processes, optimizing revenue for our artists.
• Meticulous attention to detail and advanced analytical skills, particularly with regards to resolution of technical operational issues
• Someone who is super communicative and not afraid to ask questions
• A passion for digital music and using technology to help more music reach more people
