The role

As the Talent Acquisition Manager for Secret Location, you will be responsible for sourcing top talent to meet the needs of the business across North America and London. This includes participating in the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to selection, and collaborating with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to gain an understanding of the ideal applicants for the company. You will be working in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and collaborative culture and have a strong sense of urgency, awesome interpersonal skills, knowledge of full cycle recruitment, diverse and inclusive hiring practices, and experience identifying A+ talent.

Responsibilities
• Building a pipeline of top local and international passive and active talent through researching, sourcing and networking
• Maintaining and updating our applicant tracking system (ATS) with successful candidates
• Effectively managing a high volume of roles and candidates throughout the region, full-cycle, with minimal direction
• Working strategically with HRBP, hiring manager and Producer to make decisions and evaluate talent, autonomously problem-solve candidate scenarios as they come up
• Contacting and engaging candidates, managing their experience throughout the process
• Qualifying candidates for technical, creative and cultural fit
• Managing and driving full recruitment process including interview, feedback and offer process
• Staying up to date on relevant news in the digital, gaming, VR, live action and tech start-up space
• Managing multiple candidate channels including advertising and other recruiting campaigns
• Attending industry events and actively making contacts
• Administering development tests, ensuring a benchmark and standard are adhered to
• Collecting feedback from existing contractors
• Negotiating favorable contract rates and employee salaries

Qualifications:
• Experience within creative and technical recruitment is essential
• Knowledge of legislation and regulations surrounding recruitment and selection practices in the US & Canada
• Firm understanding of different development and animation software and gaming engines
• Creativity in sourcing for technical candidates through multiple channels, in particular, social media, participating in industry networking events and creative/tech meetups.
• 360 in sourcing and recruiting for live action, content development, engineering, product management, mobile gaming and applications
• Track record for successfully identifying and qualifying exceptional technical candidates
• In-house and agency recruiting experience a plus
• Passion/interest and understanding of new technology
