Executive Assistant Job Description:
The Executive Assistant to the Office of the Co-Presidents of Round Room Live is an exciting role for a dynamic candidate that will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day affairs of the Co-Presidents of Round Room.
Round Room Live:
Round Room Live is the leading producer and promoter of exhibitions and family show entertainment, specializing in transforming both new and iconic intellectual property into engaging and thrilling live events. Round Room creates unique live experiences tailored to the distinct character of each property and produces the highest quality productions for audiences around the world.
Our current roster of touring theatrical shows includes: Baby Shark Live!, Blippi The Musical, Peppa Pig Live, Blue's Clues & You! Live On Stage and PJ Masks Live! Save the Day. Round Room's Immersive and Entertainment Experiences division is currently touring: Jurassic World: The Exhibition, Mandela: The Official Exhibition and Tupac Shakur. Wake Me When I'm Free, which opened in Los Angeles in January 2022.
In February 2018, Entertainment One (eOne) acquired a majority position in Round Room Live. eOne is now a division of Hasbro.
Key Responsibilities:
• Helping manage the day-to-day affairs of both Co-Presidents including planning production meetings and calls for touring live entertainment properties
• Helping create and updated project pitches, project presentations and materials
• Assisting in managing company relationships including answering inquiries, directing calls, and providing company information to internal and external parties. Preparing financial statements, reports, memos, invoices letters, and other documents on a confidential basis
• Managing office administrative functions including managing schedules and key administrative tasks including managing and maintaining digital and physical files and databases and drop boxes.
• Managing the travel, accommodation, itineraries, and all correspondence related to global travel
• Planning/organizing and implementing events such as meetings, business luncheons, or client dinners
• Preparing reports, presentations, and data, as well as maintaining files, records, and correspondence for meetings including handling confidential information. The candidate will need to work with Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools to track projects and initiatives
• Marketing Skills and Graphic Design skills are preferred
Requirements:
• Experience working in a fast-paced office
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Entertainment industry and touring experience and familiarity with the industry is preferred
• Self-directed and able to work without supervision
• Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
