National Campaign Coordinator

Job Description

Entercom Communications Corp. is looking for a National Campaign Coordinator to assist the new created Investment Team. In this role you will report up to the VP of Entercom Activation and a VP of Investments lead. You will primarily support the National Investment team by delivering the highest level of work & client service under the investment leads.

You will:
• Have daily interaction with the local markets collecting stations information to support transactional opportunities
• Provide administrative support to the investment team
• Identify potential issues, flag and address with key stakeholders
• Work closely with the local markets to traffic and monitor campaign delivery
• Work collaboratively with local ETM markets and national teams including programming, promotions, trafficking and sales
• Build and foster positive relationships with key team members from entry level to executive level internally and externally
• Work and develop relationships with major holding companies, ad agencies as well as KATZ, and local ETM market leadership

Qualifications:
• Project/campaign management experience in the media field
• Experience dealing with various levels (internal/external) of professionals in a sales environment
• Ability to help create processes and provide insight to help successfully build a division
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with a can do attitude
• Must be highly skilled in: Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, and Excel
• A well rounded knowledge of media account management and implementation
• Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment with attention to detail and accuracy
• At times and when authorized/approved, flexibility to work early or late hours as required be deadlines necessary to provide the best customer service
