Job Description

Entercom's Revenue Analytics team is responsible for supplying Entercom's Sales Organization and Executive Leadership business intelligence reporting for our Broadcast, Digital and Event channels. We are looking for a Manager of Sales Insights to join our team who under the direction of the VP, Sales Insights will produce accurate and actionable data insights for the organization, and work collaboratively with local markets and sales and executive leadership.

In this role, you will:
• Research Account Executive compensation requests, questions, underlying data and provide corrections as needed
• Learn and manage newly installed Account Executive compensation software
• Produce and analyze Nielsen ratings and market share indexing
• Provide statistical strengths and weaknesses insight
• Analyze lost business and low market share opportunities across the company
• Additional duties and projects as assigned

With these responsibilities, you must:
• Assess data integrity quickly
• Prioritize and manage time wisely
• Foresee cause and effect
• Communicate in an inclusive and positive manner
• Devise simplified procedural change recommendation
• Present data in a concise and informative manner

Qualifications:

Seeking an individual who is passionate, collaborative, and insightful who also possesses the following:
• Experienced in Benchmarking and Research
• Work experience in broadcasting industry is highly preferred
• Knowledge of broadcasting traffic software highly preferred
• Multi-tasking and self-management experience
• Must have exceptional Microsoft Excel skills (expert level)
• Excellent communication skills, both written or oral
• Problem Solver
