Entercom Milwaukee has a rare opening for an experienced media sales management executive to join our sales leadership team to coach our sales team representing our market-leading four-station radio group, a complete suite of digital sales and marketing solutions, and on-site activation efforts.

The ideal candidate will have the skills to help us continue our remarkable track record of growing sales, increase team member and customer satisfaction by fostering a culture focused on delivering best in class results at all levels.

The Director of Sales will report to the General Manager/Market Manager and will be responsible for providing coaching, training, and direction to our large and growing sales team. The successful candidate will have a documented track record of recruiting, retaining, coaching a high performing media sales team and overachieving team sales quotas.

Qualifications:

If you have been answering ''Yes'' to these questions and have at least 3 to 5 years of media sales management experience with a proven successful track record – we want to hear from you.

A valid driver's license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant's own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required.
