Job Description

Entercom New York is seeking a qualified individual for the full time position of Continuity Coordinator. You will work closely with the sales, programming, production and accounting departments. Duties include entering and modifying copy instructions for local and national sales orders, reviewing and revising production orders for distribution to our commercial production department and other reporting. Must be able to work closely with team members and able to handle Traffic duties if necessary.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have prior experience in commercial traffic and/or continuity and excellent computer skills. Candidate should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. This is a high volume department requiring strong organizational and time management skills. Must work well in a team environment, be self-motivated and pay strict attention to detail. Attendance/punctuality is a must. Multi-tasking and flexibility are essential. Must be able to work well with sales people in a high paced environment.
