Job Description

Cadence 13 is looking for a vetting coordinator to join our team!

In this role you will:
• Audit spot recordings to ensure copy requirements are met
• Communicate & provide feedback to show producers
• Attend Advertiser Onboarding Calls
• Work with Traffic on copy delivery
• Ensure product delivery & receipt to show hosts

Qualifications:
• Proficient in Microsoft
Office Suite & Excel
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong ability to multi-task and communicate effectively
• Ability to troubleshoot, analyze and solve problems
• Tolerance for stress and tight deadlines, including ability to work under pressure
• Demonstrate initiative and willingness to learn
• Extreme organizational skills
• 2-3 years production, traffic, or sales operations experience is a plus
