What You'll Do:  

The VP, Talent Strategy will be the key liaison and point of contact for the WME Fashion and WME teams regarding cross-divisional opportunities for talent. This pivotal role will be responsible for working with WME teams to understand and identify appropriate talent to build opportunities within the fashion, luxury and beauty ecosystem as well as bringing WME Fashion talent to WME.

Success will be measured on:
• ability to define and set in place systems for easy communication and collaboration across WME

• identifying relevant cultural opportunities ​

You Have These:  
• Has keen understanding of fashion industry and is immersed in fashion culture ​
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, self-starter, entrepreneurial spirit ​
• Ability to lead, but work well within a team
• Strategic thinker, goal oriented
• Influential and connected networker  ​
• Minimum 10-15 years industry experience ​
• Location: Los Angeles ​

We'd Love If You Also Have These:  
• Brand marketing and/or communication experience
• Proven ability to build consensus and/or lead cross-functional teams
• Works well with internal teams as well as externally with brand customers

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$160,228 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:
$235,001 annually
