Role Summary:

Endeavor Content is seeking a talented and knowledgeable Vice President, Information Technology in Los Angeles, California. The Vice President, IT is primarily an operations-based role responsible for ensuring high availability, reliability, and control of all the IT operational systems and to ensure all enterprise applications, technical platforms from the data center to the helpdesk are in line with the strategic and operational objectives of the business and the Information technology service portfolio available to the user community. Responsibilities will include, but aren't limited to:
• Analyze the company's current technology infrastructure and align it with the business' strategic plans and provide technological guidance within an organization
• Partner with COO to define, implement and promote an IT Operations Strategy for IT.
• Curate and maintain a strategic roadmap for the provision of IT Operations to support all IT enterprise applications, infrastructure and end user activities and services.
• Lead M&A IT integration activities.
• Lead/build a team of application development managers, business analysts with general knowledge/skills of business functions to support Endeavor Content's growing business needs.
• Improve business processes and support critical business strategies by directing the development, implementation, and maintenance of business applications systems.
• Lead the work of internal resources, vendors, contractors, and consultants providing analytical, development, testing, and/or implementation services across the different business units.
• Ensure business process and business requirement analyses are conducted to determine optimal solution strategy, architecture, and design.
• Develop strategic and operational roadmap plans for the business units as part of the regular planning cycle.
• Maintain and develop an operating, capex, and data comm budget capacity forecast on a 3-year rolling plan
• Recruit, supervise, and coach applications, infrastructure technology staff, and Helpdesk Engineers to enable success across the department.
• Manage IT Real Estate buildouts and moves as well as M&A initiatives.
• Liaise with the business to provide support within the region for existing and new requirements, manage business consumption of IT services.
• Adherence to and enforcement of all information cybersecurity protocols.
• Define and adjust IT Standards and technologies and co-ordinate cybersecurity and compliance.
• Develop and implement a customer service communication platform for Endeavor Content to serve the organization in every aspect.
• Design, establish, and maintain a network infrastructure for local and wide area connectivity, remote access and helpdesk systems and maintain the operational integrity of these systems within defined SLA's.
• Work closely with department heads to ensure optimum allocation and utilization of technology resources.
• Ensure that the company's IT operations adhere to local laws.
• Ensure the security of the business' IT assets.

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer, Engineering and/or Business Science related field. Master's degree in Information technology also preferred.
• 10+ years' experience managing a large-scale IT enterprise and providing support for Microsoft Office portfolio and all major component applications.
• 6 8+ years managing onsite technical support staff covering workstations, applications, and networking technologies.
• Proven skills in negotiating with vendors, contractors, other IT related services external to the core organization.
• Experience in managing and mentoring at a senior level, IT enterprise applications and infrastructure technical resources and operations, covering network (data & voice), telecommunications, server, storage, backup, database, data services, virtualization, and software distribution.
• Demonstrated track-record of delivering innovative and high-level quality solutions efficiently and within budget requirements.
• Comprehensive experience communicating effectively with internal clients and external vendors to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions and strategies
• Global IT Budget preparation and organization in support of the 3-year plans.
• Able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment, knowing when to escalate in a timely manner to manage client's expectations.
• Strong interpersonal/relationship-building skills & customer service values/practices.
• Lead change in support procedures and user guidance as part of an ongoing improvement.
