Position Summary:

The Vice President, Finance will manage PBR's financial plans, well-being, and growth strategies. The role will report on company financials and oversee assets with a focus on budgeting, risk mitigation, and forecasting. develop and implement strategy and drive growth in the business. This person will have responsibility for the development and execution of all financial activities required to meet the company's near and long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess potential synergies, build forecasts and scenarios, and involve Business Leader in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) to ensure that financial and strategic objectives are being met.
• Operational and hands on systems integration, public company compliance, design and implement best practice governance and performance metrics to ensure the businesses are fully integrated and set up to for long term success.
• Continue developing an effective finance control program to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support the execution of the company's growth strategy and assist in driving well-defined targets; establish metrics and systems that maintain accountability and manage risks.
• Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances.
• Report financial status by developing forecasts, reporting results, analyzing variances, and developing improvements.
• Lead a rigorous and disciplined annual planning and forecasting process to provide analytical insight and direction to management decision makers.
• Manages monthly / quarterly / annual financial close; including leading all project-based accounting and ad hoc accounting duties that arise.
• Develops and maintain financial models, reporting systems, and databases to facilitate the ability to evaluate and understand all aspects of the company financials
• Develops and maintain all internal controls and financial policies and procedures
• Coordinates and perform financial updates with the preparation of monthly financial statements and other reports used to summarize and interpret the current financial position of the company
• Implement policies, procedures and processes as deemed appropriate by senior leadership team
• Recruit, hire, train, develop and lead a high performing Finance organization
• Manages the accounting/control, all internal reporting, treasury, financial planning and analysis, tax and M&A functions
• Lead Travel department responsible for all staff travel to 60+ events annually and other corporate travel
• Responsible for Facilities Sign Shop team that oversees all maintenance & repairs for the office building & warehouse and produces all in-arena event signage for 60+ events annually
• Responsible for oversight and leadership on all PBR related legal, risk management and insurance matters with Endeavor corporate teams
• Liaison between executive team and Human Resources and work closely with corporate HR

Qualifications Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• MBA or bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Certified Public Accountant certification a plus.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in accounting and financial management practices.
• Experience in a senior management position.
• Proficiency with accounting software, word processing, and spreadsheets.
• Solid GAAP and financial reporting technical skills.
• Demonstrated experience establishing and maintaining accounting and financial systems.
• Demonstrated capacity to manage internal systems, including financial and technological systems required.
• Demonstrated teamwork, organizational, and communication skills are critical.
• Timely, accurate, and honest communication with other Senior Management Team is central to this position.
• Ability to work well in a busy, loosely structured environment and adapt to organizational changes while maintaining rigorous financial accountability and controls
