UX Strategist

Job Description

The User Experience Strategist is responsible for driving UX efforts to build effective digital solutions, including websites, apps and other interactive experiences . Reporting to the Senior Director of Digital Strategy, the UX Strategist will work directly with clients and key stakeholders to identify the appropriate strategies and technologies to deliver results and meet client objectives.

Experience leading research and strategy workshops ( e.g. persona mapping, user journey, tree testing, etc.) is essential for this role, as is experience in the website creation and management process. Knowledge of multiple content management systems and CRM platforms is desired.

The ideal candidate is a natural problem-solver and is highly-collaborative, seeking opportunities to work across digital disciplines such as UI design and Engineering, as well as other agency teams and service lines to provide effective client solutions.

As a UX expert, t his person may be requested to join pitch teams to assist in business development opportunities as needed.

Responsibilities:
• Lead UX-related research and workshops with clients and key stakeholders
• Conduct in-depth qualitative and quantitative research and analysis, including UX audits, competitor analyses, etc. to identify pain-points, opportunities and goals
• Use data and research to design strategies that will drive results and meet clients' business objectives
• Drive the creation of innovative and effective digital experiences, including websites, landing pages, apps, emails, and more
• Steer the information architecture process for digital projects, conducting governance assessments, and constructing sitemaps while deliberating the effects of content structure and hierarchy
• Collaborate with producers, designers, UX and content strategists, using appropriate tools to provide client-facing reports and/or dashboards

Requirements:
• 3+ years of full-time agency digital/interactive strategy experience required
• Excellent verbal and written communication as well as presentation skills
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience in UX strategy
• Proficient in Creative Cloud, Sketch, InVision, and familiar with prototyping tools
• Experience supporting site migrations and redesigns
• Comfortable interacting with technical subject matter experts as well as high-profile clients
