WME Sports is looking for a Social Content Creator to join the team, working closely across the sports portfolio (basketball, football, baseball, coaching, tennis, golf). Specifically, the primary focus of this position is to strategize, service and create content for the basketball division and WME Sports basketball athletes. This role will create compelling, attention-grabbing content for the WME Sports/BDA Sports players, across three areas of the business:

Creation of content that can be delivered directly to WME Sports' clients for use on their social and digital platforms; this can include content and posting strategy, graphics, copy/post suggestions, high-impact imagery, stylized features and more

Creation and publishing of content for current clients to be distributed on WME Sports and BDA Sports social media platforms

Development of concepts through to execution of social and digital content for WME Sports' properties clients

The right candidate is someone who is deeply rooted in the sports landscape, including at the player, team or league level. Key responsibilities will include:
• Part of the team that develops the content strategy and execution plan - that services the three areas of the business above, with a keen focus on the basketball division
• Creation of content and social media posts for both prospective signing recruits as well as recently signed clients (primarily in the basketball division) and the distribution is across WME Sports and BDA Sports accounts
• Working as a part of the content team that creates, designs, enhances and distributes social/digital posts to be posted by the clients
• This includes the collaboration with video producers and graphic designers in the creation of on-site content capture of clients both on and off the field of play, and how to bring those videos and designs to life on social media
• Candidates should have the ability to concept and post content elements on tight timelines
• Translate the WME Sports & BDA Sports brands into powerful and purposeful creative concepts
• Ownership of the content that is populated on the BDA website (a JV with WME Sports)
• Quickly assemble designs, photography, graphic-based imagery and implement notes from agents, executives and clients
• Create and implement social content standards for WME Sports athletes, including content schedules, cadence, tone of voice, and timing across social platforms
• Partner with the broader Endeavor creative and post-production teams to help distribute content on all platforms
• Manage multiple projects - across clients - with constantly shifting deadlines
• Place a premium on optimizing of content for best performance on social and digital platforms - Twitter, Instagram, Instagram Stories, Snapchat, Facebook and TikTok

Additional duties include:
• Create case study compilations of high-performing content, marketing pieces for internal and external stakeholders
• Meetings and creative sessions with clients, both athletes and sports properties
• Manage the identification and creative process of freelance content creators and vendors for athlete needs if/when applicable
• Maintain clear and consistent communication within the team
• Ensure projects are completed on time and on budget

Minimum Qualifications
• 2-3+ years hands-on experience as a social media content creator
• Creation for social and digitally-optimized content experience preferred
• A knowledge of design programs and software is ideal, and includes training around graphic artistry
• Strong knowledge of digital and social platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Snapchat), especially how to optimize or tailor video per platform
• Strong communication and organizational skills, and attention to detail are required
• Experience working in a fast-paced and hands-on environment while juggling multiple projects at once and maintaining organization of projects, including a willingness and ability to travel and work weekends
• Basic production experience working with common high definition cameras such as the Sony A7S II and DSLRs is a plus
• Passion for emerging media cultural, and design trends/technology
