Senior Treasury Analyst

High-level Roles and Responsibilities

This role reports to the Director of Treasury and will perform vital functions in a fast-paced environment including processing wires, ACH and cryptocurrency payments, remediate inquiries involving banking issues, and maintain process controls. The Treasury Senior Analyst should have strong initiative, high attention to detail and the ability to work proactively in a team environment and on multiple projects and assignments simultaneously. The position will support a team of global Treasury professionals.

Specific Roles and Responsibilities
• Process a high volume of bank transactions timely and accurately for global for the client service group daily, including wires, ACH, book transfers and cryptocurrencies while complying with Treasury SOX controls
• Assist in leading global cash operations including liquidity planning and management including optimizing capital use
• Backup for analyzing, preparing and maintaining global cash flow forecast
• Track, maintain, and prepare corporate debt payments
• Execute and settle foreign exchange and cryptocurrency transactions
• Identify opportunities for business process improvements and support including developing implementation of treasury policies, best procedures and best practices
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures
• Assist in documentation of and updating departmental policies and procedures
• Assist with maintaining bank relationships, global account structures, maintain various reports related to cash, investments, and debt, serve as bank administrator on several platforms, and handle various treasury inquiries
• Other ad-hoc projects and requests from management

Qualifications and Education Requirements
• 3 to 5 years finance experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree required

Preferred Skills
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, and Word
• Ability to work in fast paced environment and prioritize competing tasks and deadlines
• Knowledge of online banking platforms and proficiency in SAP and TMS systems a plus
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently, take initiative on assignments and projects and problem solve in a team environment
• Experience in process environment

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$67,500 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:
$90,000 annually
