Together with 160over90, the agency works with brand and talent partners to identify opportunities, create, and execute innovative and culturally resonant campaigns and activations, and connect with multicultural consumers in diverse communities.

This role will fully support Obsidianworks.

The Role and What You'll Do:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with an aptitude for ideation, production, and operational excellence, that will play a critical role in defining and managing projects throughout creative development and execution. You are a strong problem solver and be a natural at adjusting or adapting processes and project approach to enable teams to deliver the best product possible. You will be a connector – engaging agency departments and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive and sound concept development. You will continue to identify
opportunities to improve process and communication between teams and provide a foundation to do the best work we can and be thought leaders for our clients. This role is based in our New York, Atlanta, or Santa Monica office .
• Work closely with the Creative, Account Management, and Production teams to manage the flow of inbound and outbound projects.
• Review creative briefs to ensure all relevant information from client, strategy and account management teams is included and ready for creative team engagement.
• Develop overarching timelines and collaborate with Production and Account Management and Creative leadership to ensure alignment as well as shift as needed throughout the duration of the project.
• Analyze, define, and enforce processes for cross functional teams.
• Prioritize competing needs within the agency while using sound reasoning and viable solutions across multiple teams and projects.
• Communicate major milestones and upcoming deadlines, as well as bottlenecks and other problems, to ensure successful delivery of various client initiatives.
• Engage key internal stakeholders across the agency to ensure feasibility and optimization of ideas.
• Create templates and tools for organizing parallel work streams to communicate timelines/status updates to ensure team efficiencies and long-term success.
• Foster a collaborative, productive, and team-oriented environment.

You Have These:
• 4 + years in the industry with retail and multicultural experience preferred.
• Event and video/content production experience .
• Degree in film, television ,
or related field preferable .
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Experience in television, content, radio, and event activations.
• Comfortable with delegation
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask across multiple projects at one time.
• Ability to travel to productions and events.

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$86,250 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:
$115,000 annually
