Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing

The Consumer Marketing group is seeking a data-driven email marketer to join the team as Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing. The successful candidate will create engaging, personalized, and effective consumer journeys that drive meaningful revenue impact across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
• Day-to-day hands-on execution of lifecycle marketing programs supporting IMG's diverse portfolio of consumer events
• Own the strategy and execution of email campaigns and automated email programs to create engaging, personalized consumer journeys
• Build and manage sophisticated segmentation strategies
• Collaborate cross-functionally with designers and copywriters to lead the development of email assets
• Lead the optimization of template designs with email best practices in mind
• Design and implement ambitious A/B and multivariate tests across lifecycle channels
• Analyze and monitor KPI's including open rates, conversions, and lifetime value to continuously improve campaign performance and consumer journeys
• Own the analysis and reporting of all lifecycle channels and forecast performance to help set and pace toward team revenue goals

Knowledge & Experience
• Extensive hands-on email marketing experience
• Expertise in crafting effective list development, segmentation, and automation strategies
• Experience deriving and leveraging consumer insights and data to better target lifecycle initiatives
• Experience building lifecycle / engagement / loyalty marketing programs from scratch
• Experience using a variety of email service providers
• Expert understanding of email principles and best practices including design, build, deliverability, and legal compliance
• Proficiency with Excel: pivot tables, vlookup, etc.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics
• Preferred: experience with marketing for events

Skills & Abilities
• Data-driven analytical thinker with experience leveraging data to identify optimization opportunities and inform business decisions
• Keen interest in staying plugged in to digital growth industry trends
• Strong ability to stay organized while juggling multiple projects involving cross-functional stakeholders
• Excellent collaboration skills

Working Conditions
• This is a permanent position.
• This role will be based at New York, US.
• Working hours are 9:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday
• Occasional travel and weekend work may be required
