Position Summary:

Endeavor Streaming is seeking a ''Global Communications Senior Manager'' to join the company's marketing team to support corporate communications and media relations. This role is responsible for building and executing the communications strategy to elevate brand equity, raise the profile and reputation of Endeavor Streaming, and drive business growth.

You will be required to build strong relationships with stakeholders from across the business and understand the differing viewpoints and needs of each, in order to provide strategic inputs in messaging and marketing deliverables.

This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Product, Business Development, Legal & Policy, Finance and People teams, requiring exceptional cross-functional leadership to successfully deliver compelling and innovative marketing and communications content.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strategic communications plans and messaging for business announcements and product launches across Endeavor Streaming's global regions
• Support the corporate and employer brand identity, creating messaging and revising mission statement and goals/values
• Assist the CMO with brand narrative writing and messaging
• Build and maintain ongoing comms calendar by creating press releases, bylines and thought leadership pieces, story pitches, awards entries, website materials, social media copy, and other public-facing content
• Manage relationship and workflow between Endeavor Streaming, our PR agency, and the Corporate Communications team
• Partner with Corporate Communications team to strengthen relationships with business & trade press, analyst, and internal constituents
• Partner with Endeavor Streaming senior executives to raise awareness of their public profile through media, speaking and byline opportunities
• Build the cadence for public speaking, press, awards and other thought leadership communications
• Assist with Endeavor Streaming's presence at key industry events (e.g. CES, Cannes Lions, dMexco, etc)
• Liaise and build relationships with clients and their PR departments
• Coordinate awards submissions process across internal and client teams
• Develop relationships with employees across the organization (US, EMEA, APAC) to serve as a trusted communications partner
• Craft and facilitate meaningful internal communications across the company

The Ideal Candidate Has:
• B.A. in marketing or related field, or equivalent related experience required
• M.A. in marketing preferred
• 5+ years of experience in communications or public relations, with in-house experience at media, technology or agency preferred
• Knowledge of the streaming media ecosystem and emerging technologies
• Existing relationships with key industry press
• Experience in pitching media and writing press releases
• Superb project management skills to manage multiple deliverables and cross-functional stakeholders, while simultaneously and independently driving strategic business outcomes
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills that convey complex technical capabilities in an understandable way
• Proven consultative approach to solving problems and addressing new opportunities, prioritizing needs and delivering on business results

• Impeccable managerial, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Effective, versatile and action-oriented
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines and successfully managing processes and projects
• Experienced in effectively interacting with senior management
• High energy, strong work ethic, disciplined execution skills, and hungry to deliver results, comfortable working in a cross-functional environment to ensure work gets done efficiently
