Assist in Centralized Branding & Communication and Internal Coordination
• PR strategy and annual communication plan
• Help develop an effective and strategic annual PR communications plans to in line with Endeavor China's business objectives.
• Ensure global consistency and alignment among communications channels, processes, and standards.
• Act as corporate ambassador to ensure our brand message and identity are accurately and consistently reflected across touchpoints to reinforce overall brand positioning.
• Corporate PR assets management
• Help enhance Endeavor China's social presence across all platforms (Wechat/Weibo/Toutiao/Souhu/Omtencent/Tencent Video/IQiYi, etc.)
• Content planning, production, and operation
• Endeavor Network Coordination
• Help coordinate with each BUs and establish the Endeavor China internal communication architecture
• Maintain regular communication with Endeavor Global leadership to ensure the consistency of key message and update the latest on domestic branding
• Identify and manage appropriate ''vertical & horizontal'' communities within the network and ensure effective sharing and contemporary learning in those communities.
• Facilitate internal communication, events, and initiatives to frost the internal culture.

Support on External Image & Reputation Building and Business Development
• PR assets development and management:
• Help work with media partners to create compelling and relevant content (news, stories, case studies, videos, white papers, thought pieces, best practice, etc.) to engage our target audiences and industrial counterparties (clients, peers, press, colleagues and talent, etc.), and that can be shared and used by across the Endeavor global network
• Support the organization of PR/Media events or operations of PR activity/functions onsite
• Help nurture and develop media relationship with top-tier media and influencers and secure consistent coverage
• Help identify key industry events (attending and speaking) to enhance Endeavor China's exposure and support the personal image building of leadership
• Help identify awards programs around world (capture, direct entries, and record success, share learning and monitor competitors) and help guide the application for relative BU
• Take care media logistics while necessary
• Business Development:
• Follow up PR pitches, media partner deals or marketing plans and help maintain the communication across different marketing channels
• Help pitch PR articles or releases
• Help convert internally created work into external marketing opportunities to enhance brand reputation
• Help capture relevant opportunities like event, awards, publications and other initiatives to bridge internal (and Endeavor Global) resources for potential business
• Help identify possible risk and negative effects in publicity and carry out crisis PR operation if needed
Others and Ad Hoc
• Basic/ social-oriented visual design and video editing.
• PR reports/ Data collections
• necessary paperwork/ internal logistics
