Job Description
In this role you will be tasked with leading external-facing social impact initiatives across Endeavor's vast network of companies and clients. This position will also sit on the senior leadership team of the overall Impact + Inclusion and Government Relation group. In this role, you will oversee our client impact and partnerships practices, as well as lead the Endeavor Foundation.

Client Impact (50%)
• Lead impact and philanthropic work for WME, IMG Models and the Wall Group clients
• Develop overall impact strategy
• Advise on strategic and philanthropic models (501c3, fiscal sponsorship, cause marketing, etc.)
• Recommend non-profit partnerships with an emphasis on long-term relationships and outcomes
• Create and manage communications for clients and/or agents (emergency alerts, newsletters, how to help guides, etc)
• Overseeing company-wide charitable event and client-driven donations
• Implement impact-related programs (digital, event-based, content-related, on-set etc.)
• Research and refine primary cause issue areas for clients and organizations
• Liaise with third party nonprofits and partners on impact and client related projects
• Support impact-driven activations and campaigns
• Develop standard materials related to client consulting practice
• Create, compile and export databases containing all information for clients and partners

Endeavor Business Unit Impact Support (20%)
• Lead and support impact needs across Endeavor business, consumer-facing events and properties (e.g., Frieze, New York Fashion Week, the Miami Open, UFC etc.)
• Develop and support implementation impact-related programing to increase access and inclusion across our industries (e.g., Frieze Impact Prize, the Wall Group Incubator, IMG Academy Women in Sports Committee)

Endeavor-wide Partnerships and Philanthropic Giving (20%)
• Lead Endeavor-wide emergency response process in event of large-scale public event or natural disaster that requires corporate response
• Manage team who oversees portfolio of nonprofits, industry associations, trade organizations and initiatives focus:ed on creating positive social change through sports, entertainment and fashion including
• Develop strategy and manage the Endeavor Foundation (Endeavor's 501c3 grantmaking entity focused on access and inclusion in our industries)

Communications and ESG Reporting (10%)
• Writing and managing communications
• Coordinate and respond to RFPs and partner and investor ESG reporting requests

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$131,250 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:
$192,500 annually
