Who We Are:

Reporting to the EVP Strategy, this role will play a key role driving the overall strategic direction and growth initiatives of the company. This role will focus on working with our leaders to identify enterprise wide objectives for both Endeavor Group Holdings (EDR) and TKO Group Holdings (TKO), working with our business unit leaders and their strategy teams on business planning and evaluating strategic business opportunities, including expansion into new areas of business and strategic partnerships. This role will be pivotal in charting Endeavor's strategy and reflecting this strategy throughout the enterprise via identifying market insights and trends, thoughtful analysis and deliberate communication and process.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, an entrepreneurial / self-starting spirit, strong work ethic and strong background in evaluating different business models and problems, from either an investing, consulting or financial background.

Role Accountabilities And Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution
• Alongside the EVP Strategy, lead the design and iteration of corporate strategy; drive the strategic planning process, act as a trusted advisor to leadership and relevant stakeholders during strategy formulation, development, and execution.
• Identify critical company growth and transformation initiatives and define structure to ensure they are effectively managed to deliver intended results
• Provide guidance to BU leaders, aid in aligning their strategies with the overarching company direction. Develop process to refine BU strategies to harmonize with EDR & TKO's long-term objectives.
• Collaborate closely with business unit –level strategy and business development teams to ensure ongoing alignment of strategies and execution activities and to surface organizational synergies and constraints.
• Help formulate and refine strategic and business plans (covering topics such as market entry/ expansion, product and business model innovation, and other growth strategies) and action plans/metrics in conjunction with senior leaders at corporate and business unit levels.
• Liaise and partner with the Corporate Development Architecture teams to align transactions and initiatives with overall objectives and strategy
• Support regular strategy review meetings with leadership teams to evaluate the status of initiatives, address challenges and make necessary adjustments
• Create cohesive, compelling, and fact-based presentations that simplify complex business issues
• Develop communication approach to instill enterprise awareness on overarching strategy

Strategic Insights & Evaluation
• Support the process of conducting thorough market research and analysis to anticipate industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive challenges, leveraging insights to shape the company's strategic roadmap.
• Lead development of strategic hypotheses and validate them through targeted primary and secondary research and analysis
• Develop a deep understanding of key current and future drivers of business performance to inform specific analyses and recommendations regarding specific opportunities and initiatives
• Evaluate growth opportunities by developing business cases that clearly frame objectives, issues and challenges, and articulate compelling, insightful findings, conclusions, and recommendations
• Develop financial models, scenario comparisons and related analyses to support business cases and executive decision making
• Identify potential risks and uncertainties impacting strategic objectives, devising contingency plans and risk mitigation strategies for organizational resilience.

Education, Experience and Core Competencies
• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of six (6) years' work experience.
• Work experience in management consulting required, with significant background in industry analysis and building business plans.
• Undergraduate or graduate studies in finance and consulting preferred, if not supplemented by work experience in investing, corporate development, investment banking or financial planning. Strong finance and accounting skills a must, including experience building financial models.
• Required experience in project management and leadership of small project-oriented teams. Ability to manage broader working teams coming from different parts of an organization.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships across the enterprise, including influencing, advising and supporting key decision makers.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively operate in a crossfunctional, matrixed environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities given aggressive timelines.
• Ability to think creatively, well-honed strategic analysis and problem-solving skills

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$187,500 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:
$250,000 annually
