Job Description
PRIMARY ROLE or FUNCTION:

The Analyst (or SR Analyst or Manager), Investor Relations, will support Endeavor's investor relations program and objectives, which include understanding the Company's financials and strategies in order to adequately prepare executive management for earnings and investor meetings, as well as develop key messaging and materials for the external investor and analyst community. In addition, the Analyst will help prepare a variety of periodic internal reports provided to senior management to monitor our shareholder base, analyst coverage (consensus, valuation, price target calculations, etc.) and Earnings Prep Documents.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collaborate with SVP Investor Relations, Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Communications, CFO/Deputy CFO & CEO, and various other key players as needed, to develop and communicate key messaging regarding financials and strategy
• Prepare for quarterly earnings calls, including architecting strategic messaging, helping refine initial script, anticipating analyst questions and developing proposed responses
• Organize investor calls, conferences and meetings, including preparing schedule, coordinating logistics, soliciting questions, and developing appropriate responses and presentations
• Summarize and update senior management on relevant and important communications from analysts and the media regarding the company/industry
• Help coordinate periodic Investor Day events
• Monitor peer/competitor/industry-related earnings calls, presentations, and media commentary; compare financial performance/positioning relative to peers, relay highlights to senior management and assess Endeavor messaging opportunities
• Monitor analyst communications and track financial models against company projections and notify SVP Investor Relations of any significant deviations
• Research and help incorporate IR leading best practices into IR program (investor targeting, ESG efforts, investor perception surveys, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with SEC requirements, Reg FD in particular
• Track, analyze, and report on investor base/shareholder changes
• Help develop, implement and monitor investor targeting program to match potential investors with investment styles that align with Endeavor profile
• Maintain investor database with meetings/calls conducted

ESSENTIAL JOB KNOWLEDGE and PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant area, such as Finance or Accounting. A Master's degree is not necessary but is considered an asset.
• 5 years of finance, accounting, and/or investor relations experience with outstanding financial and analytical skills, as well as ability to understand and explain complex subject matter.
• Buy-side/sell-side/consulting/agency experience a plus. Experience in media, sports and/or entertainment industries also a plus.
• Solid comprehension of financial reports/metrics and financial data/analytic tools; demonstrated ability to learn new concepts quickly and complete multiple/diverse assignments with high levels of quality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation-making and ability to write quickly and persuasively under tight deadlines.
• Ability to develop and maintain business relationships while working across various departments and levels of management, including senior executives.
• Demonstrated ability to function in a fast-paced working environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
