The Endeavor Risk Management team specializes in procuring and maintaining the necessary and appropriate insurance policies for the various operations of Endeavor and its subsidiaries. The team also oversees all corporate insurance claims across the company. Its primary goal is to protect the financial interests of the company by providing internal expertise and support as Endeavor grows and evolves. The Role:

Endeavor Risk Management is looking for a Risk Coordinator. Reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Insurance, and working closely with the Risk Management team, the position is responsible for providing administrative support and assisting with department projects. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented candidate who is interested in Risk Management within the sports, entertainment and fashion industries. The position will include exposure to various risk management processes, as well as interaction with insurance brokers, carriers, third party administrators, etc. Within Endeavor, the position will include exposure to all facets of the business- sports, entertainment and fashion.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Provide quality administrative services such as team filing, typing, copying documents, document preparation, research, document distribution, etc.
• Oversee the Certificate of Insurance issuance process for all parts of the business, and review contracts for applicable certificate language
• Review invoices for accuracy and work closely with finance to ensure payment processing in a timely manner
• Create and maintain database and spreadsheet files, including detailed grids and trackers such as databases of insured vehicles, drivers, assets, etc.
• Compose and prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and other documents, including redlining of all such documents
• Help identify operational inefficiencies and come up with solutions
• General cross-functional operations support
• Ad-hoc projects to support team objectives
• Interfacing across the company with finance, legal, HR and other departments to ensure
• Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned. Specific activities may change from time to time.

Key Candidate Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution. Degree in Risk Management preferred.
• 1-2 years relevant experience with a commercial insurance broker / carrier or within an in-house corporate insurance / risk management department preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of risk management within a global organization preferred.
• Business acumen – excellent understanding of the breadth of activities undertaken by all parts of the business and the risk management issues that affect them.

Key Skills and Abilities:
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• The ability to analyze complex information with the ability to make clear, effective recommendations.
• Must be competent in the use of standard PC operating systems including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook.
• Must possess a strong systematic approach to problem solving.
• Must possess a not easily discouraged pro-active attitude and work well under the pressure of tight deadlines.

Qualifications:
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement automated processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Demonstrated ability to organize disparate data from a variety of reporting sources into internally consistent and efficient information.
• Ability to perform research through the use of internal and external information resources.
• Ability to listen and understand others' points of view and to articulate tactfully and respectfully one's own perspective orally, in writing and in presentations.
• Ability to work independently on projects or assignments as well as collaborate as part of a cross disciplinary team on group projects.
