Revenue Operations Lead (NY City metro area)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

We are searching for an exceptional person to take a position in our revenue organization and drive excellence in sales operations. We are looking for someone who is personable, self-motivated, organized, detail oriented, professional, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills This position is perfect for a person currently in revenue operations with Salesforce and Compensation management skills.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for compliance of sales process, business reporting, and reviewing revenue and commission payouts.
• Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, business intelligence, building materials / decks, and review business performance
• Compliance: Regularly review and ensure revenue milestones are met along the way
• Liaise with Finance on targets / budget
• Commissions: Review and ensure recognized revenue ties back to commission payouts / statements
• Monitoring

EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years in Revenue Operations
• 5+ years Salesforce.com experience
• Advance skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
• MBA preferred but not required
• Strong organization skills
• Excitement to learn and take on projects
• Self-Motivated
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience with Outlook preferred but not required
