Job Description
The Program Manager will primarily be responsible for the strategic implementation of new technology solutions that improve business efficiency while meeting corporate business goals. The candidate will have a keen business sense and a track record of successfully strategizing and implementing high-level technology program initiatives. The candidate will have extensive working experience as a program manager liaising with various stakeholders across the business. Finally, this candidate needs to have a proven track record for delivering transformational projects and a desire to increase productivity and ensure programme success from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
• Plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and schedule for new initiatives in collaboration with the project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers.
• Influence program sponsor to make the appropriate decisions and modifications in response to internal & external influences on the program.
• Ability to direct, lead and deliver solutions that go beyond existing ways of doing things.
• Effectively communicate difficult concepts to program stakeholders and modify personal approach and style to reflect changing circumstance.
• Deliver business process changes within the departments to coincide with the new technology rollout.
• Organize and delegate cross-project efforts, as well as manage program and project teams for maximum return on investment.
• Determine the most important requirements from business team and prioritize them for delivery.
• Develop and manage project budgets and be responsible for meeting corporate goals and objectives.
• Collaborate across the business to identify risks and opportunities across the company's many programs.
• Work with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure a cohesive project team are all working towards a common solution.
• Analyze, assess, and mitigate program risks, as well as prepare program reports for management and stakeholders.
Knowledge and Experience
• Demonstrable previous experience of successful delivery of major programs and change, e.g., extensive PMP and Agile capabilities.
• 7+ Year experience in a similar role preferably at big 5 consultancy level.
• Extensive Project and Change Management skills.
• Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both technical and business settings, at all levels.
