What You'll Do:

IMG is seeking strong production coordinators for an exciting live soccer broadcast project in North America taking shape in 2023

Looking for candidates passionate in the future of live streaming sports; candidates who work well under pressure whether independently or in a team setting, production knowledge of live broadcast required, technical live broadcast knowledge a bonus!

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
• Support Studio and Match on-screen talent during weekly preparation for studio and match coverage
• Provide logistical planning/execution for talent (transport, accommodation, catering, per diem, etc.)
• Provide financial reporting as required for transport, accommodation, per diem, expenses, etc.
• Provide support to Studio PM, Match PM and Lead PM
• Collaborate with Lead PM, Match PM and Studio PM to assure production and client needs are met
• Negotiating, booking and scheduling Contingent workers as well as facilities
• Booking travel, accommodation and crew for domestic/international shoots/outside broadcasts, and arranging all logistical requirements
• Clearing archive/music (as directed by the PM)
• Ensuring risk assessments are properly created by the relevant producer and health and safety is fully considered for all shoots and post production work, including but not limited to Covid-19
• Being point of contact for talent and crew out of office hours (if required)
• Completing post-production deliverable paperwork
• Trouble shooting and dealing with ad hoc production queries/duties within the department in conjunction with the Production Managers
• You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job

You Will Have The Following Strengths:
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in coordinating travel and accommodation for personnel
• Experience in coordinating venue and crew logistics as required (call sheets, catering, transport, etc.)
• Understanding the process and rationale of the cost tracking system
• Understanding of Health and Safety paperwork requirements, including risk assessments
• Previous experience at Production Assistant or Coordinator level
• Experience in customer service or client facing role

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$60,000 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:
$88,000 annually
