What You'll Do:
• The candidate will be required to handle his/her own workload whilst working with other lawyers in the Immigration team as and when required. As such the role is looking for candidates who seek responsibility, are team players and have a positive, proactive attitude.
• Coordinating with Endeavor offices internationally regarding work authorization requirements for clients, employees and talent.
• Providing problem-solving and decision-making advice on work authorization requirements and other immigration matters. This may include liaising with external counsel for advice and filtering this through to the relevant parties.
• Liaise with the business so that commercial, pragmatic and salient advice and guidance on business opportunities can be followed at all times.
• Drafting, submitting, scheduling and coordinating UK and Schengen Visa processes for employees and talent.
• Generating Certificates of Sponsorship using the Home Office's sponsor management system for employees and talent.
• Working closely with external counsel, HR and recruitment for employee hires and movement in the Middle-East.
• Maintaining a knowledge database for talent working across the EMEA region, including updates on immigration rules, right to work requirements and submission processes.
• Tracking visa expiration dates, managing the visa petition timeline and uploading and tracking all relevant visa dates on the companies online tracking system.
• Managing legal audit tasks.
• Developing, implementing and conducting training on immigration policies and programs to the business.
• Conducting legal research.
• Other legal group administrative tasks, including: maintaining schedules and databases and providing ad hoc administrative support to the immigration team's lawyers in all regions.

You Have These:
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise a varied and heavy workload with the ability to plan ahead.
• Able to work to deadlines with efficiency and accuracy.
• Able to communicate clearly and concisely with clients of all levels both internally and externally.
• Ability to take responsibility and show initiative.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; must be able to interact with a range of personalities and styles in a fast-paced environment, and explain complex concepts to clients and colleagues without legal knowledge and with limited time and patience.
• Outstanding negotiation, drafting, analytical, and organisational skills.
• A proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Education and Experience
• Law Degree or equivalent.
• Previous paralegal experience.

Working Conditions:
• Permanent, based in London New Oxford Street
• Working hours are: 9.30am – 18:00pm
• Working days are: Monday - Friday
• Travel: Role is based between a number of our London offices (NOS, The Strand and CP) though primarily sits at the NOS WME office. The successful candidate will be required to spend 1 day a week at The Strand office and to travel to CP for legal meetings/training as required
