The Endeavor Analytics team is seeking a motivated, data-driven Manager, Valuation with a passion for sports and entertainment to join their team. The Manager will be responsible for managing the analysts and senior analysts within the EA Valuation team. This team member will work on sponsorship valuation and custom consulting projects for brands, professional sports teams, leagues, facilities/venues, events, municipalities, and other industry clients.

The ideal candidate will be an analytical thinker, ability to create a narrative with data, and a creative problem solver who can develop impactful insights and measurement solutions based on a wide range of complex and sometimes ambiguous challenges.

Reporting to the VP of the Endeavor Analytics Valuation team, this individual will be both a leader and a doer by actively shaping client deliverables and elevating Endeavor Analytics' messaging and output internally and externally.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Account management of valuation projects, including project analysis, internal & external client management and coordination as directed
• Conduct in concert with or at the direction of the Vice President, certain sponsorship valuations and analysis for brands, professional sports teams, leagues, facilities/venues, events, municipalities, etc.
• Communicate and coordinate with colleagues, including assisting sales and consulting teams with data-driven strategies for their pitch meetings
• Engage with and maintain positive business relationships with other third party vendors whose products / data may from time to time be needed to effectively complete a project
• Write reports, proposals and other documents with extraordinary attention to detail, consistency and grammar
• Provide management support to Analysts and Senior Analysts from proofing to ideation of projects
• Ability to collaborate with key internal Endeavor stakeholders, prospective and current clients to determine strategic approach for supporting their needs
• Serve as a subject matter expert for sponsorship valuation

REQUIRED CHARACTERISTICS
• Ability to be a project lead for multiple projects/clients simultaneously
• Ability to establish and maintain an honest and effective working relationship with the Endeavor team and clients
• Overall, act as a key member of Endeavor Analytics and become an essential piece in maintaining our position within Endeavor as an expert in sponsorship valuation and consulting

QUALIFICATIONS
• 4+ years of relevant experience with a strong analytical foundation and a diverse background in media planning/buying/sponsorship valuation and methodology
• Passion for sports and general entertainment
• Knowledge of brands and rights holders from different sectors, and an ability to approach each unique strategic challenge they face
• Problem solver who enjoys innovating new solutions
• Strong analytical skills (must be able to distill clear, compelling conclusions and recommendations from complex data points)
• Strong communication and presentation skills (must be able to simplify complex topics, clearly articulate research, and persuasively engage C-suite audiences)
• Good management skills (must be able to mentor, guide, and inspire team members)
• Insatiable curiosity and a demonstrated ability to quickly master new research tools and techniques
• A skilled leader who can manage complex relationships and enlist support from colleagues

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$75,000 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:
$100,000 annually
