Title: Manager, Program Management (USOPC)

Reports To: Director, Program Management

Location: US (exact location tbc)

What You'll Do:

A team dedicated exclusively to the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee (USOPC) account is part of the International Relations Department at On Location. This team will ensure a continued understanding and appreciation of the US market, servicing the USOPC and their key stakeholders (sponsors, National Federations, foundation, LA28, others).

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Develop, plan and execute hospitality programs and the
overall guest experience for the non-custom USOPC commercial packages including T eam USA packages based on various criteria including the needs and
objectives
of the clients, On Location and Paris 2024 Organizing Committee
• Closely collaborate with Product and Commercial Program Management team s
on the development of all USOPC packages
• Coordinate with all Games Services F unctional A reas (FA s )
on delivery of USOPC packages
• Maintain a strategic approach during the end-to-end management of the programs to ensure operational efficiency
• Curate and oversee delivery of the various elements included in the programs ( i.e., accommodation, ground transportation, tours and excursions) as required . Ensure flawless delivery of programs
• Collaborate with USOPC on all elements being directly managed or supplied by them ( i.e., influencers, merchandise, etc.)
• Organize site visits for and/or with the clients as required
• Manage the guest communications and registration process for all USOPC guests
• Produce and arrange dispatch of guests packs and other information
• Oversee reservations, changes and cancellations within the scope of the programs in collaboration with the various On Location teams
• Facilitate and pre sent solutions for last-minute requests and extra services
• Pr oactively escalate delivery issues through the process in place to ensure continuous improvement of procedures and tools
• Manage process development by analyzing current practices, then identifying
opportunities to streamline procedures that directly impact productivity
Other Duties & Responsibilities
• Create presentations and documentation in Microsoft office (PPT, Word, Excel, etc.) or Keynote as needed and assigned
• Develop and implement specific event procedures and systems
• Attend and/or conduct meetings and take notes to record updates and next steps
• Manage timelines and deadlines related to assignments
• Participate in brainstorm sessions; research, ideate and provide creative ideas
• Manage assigned projects through companies' project management system
• Manage other administrative duties as needed

You Have These:
• At least five years of relevant experience in a management position, in an operations role within the travel , events, and hospitality industry
• Proven record of building and maintaining client relationships and managing complex corporate accounts ( st akeholders, B2B, corporate groups)
• Experience in strategic thinking and planning events including putting process and best practices in place
• Experience with high-touch guest services and/or event operations executing customized and curated solutions for clients
• A hands-on professional who can produce accurate work, even when under pressure, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Self-driven problem solver with a proactive approach, able to quickly adapt and learn
• Exceptional interpersonal skills – a collaborative style and ability to communicate effectively at all levels with strong oral, written, and presentation skills
• Strong computer software expertise required , including Power Point, Word, Excel, Outlook 365 , and other computer software tools

We'd Love If You Also Have These:
• End-to-end understanding of the Olympic environment, including the business of sports, travel and hospitality at an international level, and/or at major sporting events
• Fluency in French and English (both oral and written) is beneficial ; fluency in other languages is a plus

Travel: The desire and ability to travel (domestic & international) , up to 30% travel may be required

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$64,480 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:
$77,000 annually
