Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• Identifying and arranging appropriate commercial jobs for Models utilizing your international experience.
• Identifying and establishing new relationships for the Models team.
• Working collaboratively and strategically with all colleagues in the Models and Fashion team within the Los Angeles office to ensure each and every revenue and commercial opportunity is realized.
• Working closely and collaboratively with colleagues in other Models offices within IMG (globally) to understand broader projects and business goals.
• Working to develop digital opportunities for existing model, influencer and cross over talent

Knowledge and Experience:
• Ability to market portfolio of fashion clients
• Understanding of social media and digital networking
• Strong networking skills
• Ability to identify ''money'' Models
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues from all departments both within the Models, IMG Fashion team and the broader Endeavor group
• Excellent communication skills written and verbal
• Must have minimum 5 years experience in major fashion markets; international experience preferred
• The ability to speak multiple languages is a bonus

Qualifications and Training:
• Excellent knowledge of the worldwide market
• Strong computer skills including excel and adobe

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$97,500 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:
$130,000 annually
