Overall Responsibility

The role of the Manager, Corporate Finance is primarily to support the VP, Corporate Finance across various aspects of Endeavor's global controllership function. The Manager's duties will include both recurring and non-recurring (ad-hoc) responsibilities across various areas of accounting and financial reporting. The Manager will help set a tone of strong adherence to internal controls and timely and accurate financial reporting within the global finance function. This will involve working with a variety of stakeholders across Endeavor (including Legal, FP&A, Technical Accounting, Financial Reporting, Compliance, Tax, Internal Audit, and IT). The individual will identify value-added opportunities; including identifying opportunities that promote standardization, efficiency and making recommendations for overall department performance improvement, in order to better serve the business units and senior management. It is critical that the individual is not only able to demonstrate flexibility and agility in adapting to changing circumstances and priorities, but actually relishes working in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.

Key areas of responsibility
• Monitor activity and perform financial reporting requirements related to Endeavor's non-consolidated investments in subsidiaries
• Oversee the global legal reconciliation process and coordination across Endeavor Corporate, business units and the legal group
• Review of certain subsidiary or other valuations prepared on a periodic basis by external valuation experts to support a variety of Endeavor's financial reporting requirements
• Collaborate with the Corporate Development and Legal Groups as it relates to financial support of M&A transactions, including but not limited to deal structure, purchase price considerations and due diligence.
• Support the Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Finance Group with ad-hoc accounting, reporting, compliance and operational projects as and when required
• Support post-acquisition finance, accounting and reporting integration of M&A deals
• Identify opportunities to leverage technologies to improve efficiency, timeliness, and or standardization across Corporate Finance accounting processes and controls
• Support the design, development and execution of Transition Services Agreements related to disposals
• Support internal and external audit procedures – both for substantive and controls testing across assigned areas
• Qualifications
• 4-7 year(s) of progressive experience in controllership & accounting
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required
• Strong analytical skills, technical or operational accounting background and research skills (US GAAP)
• Experience working with multinational public companies; experience in the entertainment and media industry a plus
• Knowledge of SOX 404 Act and the ability to design, maintain and operate related internal controls over financial reporting
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills and the ability to proactively work in teams with a high attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and balance work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment with high level of responsibility and ownership in addition to the ability to work autonomously
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel knowledge of SAP and BlackLine a plus

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$105,000 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:
$140,000 annually
